All these countries are prohibited from opening an account and trading on the IQ Option platform.

Difference between EU and non-EU countries on IQ Option
Because of laws governing EU countries, certain trading products are not available to these countries on IQ Option.
Specifically, binary options and digital options are banned in the EU per regulation from the European Securities and Markets Authority.
As a result of this law, IQ Option has decided to add an alternative product for EU-based accounts, FX options.
All non-EU countries, excluding the United Kingdom that aren’t blocked from IQ Option, can trade binary options and digital options.
